RNC Web Enterprises wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Our return policy is simple: As long as the item has not been opened and remains
sealed in original packaging - ie, unopened shipping box, the product may be
returned within 3 days of receiving the shipment. There is a 30% restocking fee
on all acceptable returns. Non-defective items that have been assembled, painted
or altered in any way from the original condition cannot be accepted as a
return. Additionally, if the product box has been damaged, taped or altered in
any manner, RNC Web Enterprises will also refuse to accept this as a valid
return.
At no time, will RNC Web Enterprises be responsible for defective items. All
Defective items must by sent to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. If
you send a defective product to us and not the manufacturer, you will void the
warranty

RNC Web Enterprises will only accept returned merchandise with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA)Number. All authorized returns will be credited to your account, less original shipping charges. If you received free shipping we will deduct our actual shipping cost. All returns, other than shipping damaged goods or incorrect shipments, will be charged a
30% restocking fee.
For generic RC toys we must be notified of product defect within 2 days of
product delivery otherwise return policy is void, no exceptions. All
returns/exchanges must be made within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original
packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. All returned
merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping &
handling (in the case of free shipping, our actual shipping costs will be
deducted) and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS. NO POSTAGE DUE RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SHIPPING CHARGES. REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL BE CHARGED
50% RE-STOCKING FEE AND WILL BE CREDITED LESS OUR SHIPPING COSTS.
You will be given a valid RMA Number within 3 business days of acceptance of your request. Please write this number on the outside of the shipping carton.
Items must be postmarked within 5 days from receipt of merchandise in its original packaging and original unused and resellable condition. All items requiring manufacturer's warranty repair or replacement must be handled directly through the individual manufacturer and should not be returned to
RNC Web Enterprises. We reserve the right to refuse all such returns. Please contact us if you need information on manufacturer's address or phone number.
Also as a customer you agree by submitting this order that the sale will be
processed by RNC Web Enterprises.
Damaged Merchandise
If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives at your door, please REFUSE the delivery. If you have already accepted a package, and then discover that it has been damaged, call us immediately. We'll take it from there. Be sure to save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim. Please do not return damaged-in-shipment merchandise to
RNC Web Enterprises unless told to do so. It could jeopardize your claim and keep you from receiving credit for the return.
Credit card orders are placed through our secure server in real time.
The payment information is sent to our merchant account and processed
immediately. If the credit card is declined you have an option to re-enter
the information or select a different card.
There are several reasons your card may be declined. In most cases it is
because the Billing Address you entered does not match what the bank has on
file. Your Billing Address is the address your credit card statement is sent to.
This verification system protects you against credit card fraud. Sometimes
the internet is slow and the transaction is not completed in time. If that
happens, try waiting a few minutes and sending the order again making sure you
check the following.
1. Make sure you check the correct card - Master Card or Visa
2. Make sure the Billing Address you enter is the same as the address
that your bill is sent to.
3. Enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes.
4. You may also enter a different credit card number.
In a small number of cases the issuing bank does not provide AVS information
the system needs to confirm the validity of the card. If this is the case,
you MUST use another card - resubmitting 10 times will not work.
Only orders shipped to Texas are charged sales tax.
In order to get an order confirmation, you must supply us with a valid,
working email address. All successful orders are sent an automatic
email confirmation by our secure server using the email provided during the
checkout process. If you selected UPS as the delivery, you will receive
another email once the order is shipped giving you the tracking number.
On the rare occasions when there is a problem or question with your
order, you would be contacted by email, and we would await your response.
Email is the main method of contact and having accurate information is essential
to providing you with the best service possible. Remember, your
information is kept private.
As an additional method of contact, we add messages to your order status.

Depending on the shipping method we will file a claim and are required to wait
for the claim to be processed to send replacement items. This process can
take up to 2 weeks.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 3 business days. During
the busy holiday season, please allow extra time. Standard shipping will
usually deliver your order within 2-7 business days from when the item is
shipped depending on carrier used.
Please keep in mind that 2 day delivery means 2 business days from the day
the order is shipped, not the date you place the order.
We declare that once a package has been delivered to the shipping carrier
that liability of the package no longer lies with RNC Web Enterprises. We
are therefore not liable for lost or stolen merchandise.
